Donating to The Center for Head Injury Services helps provide a variety of necessities not covered by Federal or state funding. The Center relies on contributions to supplement program and general agency operating costs and to purchase capital equipment. Your contribution is essential to the mission of the organization.

The Center is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization. Donations are tax deductible in accordance with IRS regulations. IRS Tax Form 990 can be found here and then by clicking on the Document tab.

The Center does NOT require personal information from our visitors, nor do we collect any peronally identifying information (name, email address, Social Security number, or other unique identifier). Likewise, The Center does NOT give, sell, or transfer any personal information to a third party, except as might be required by law.

HOW I CAN MAKE A DONATION

*Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) tax credits are a 50% tax credit available to businesses or individuals who have business, rental or farm income.

Monthly Donation

A monthly donation gives someone who cannot afford services at The Center an opportunity to participate in treatment. Your donation can help sponsor medical, vocational, or respite services for someone dealing with the effects of a brain injury.

A Donation of $110.00 supports a consumer for one day.

Annual Donation

An annual donation can be made each year to help continue the wonderful services and programs The Center for Head Injury Services offers.

Planned Giving

A planned gift allows you to invest in The Center’s future. Purchasing an annuity, planning a Charitable Remainder Trust, and remembering The Center for Head Injury Services in your Will, will ensure The Center will provide specialized services to survivors for many years to come.

Sponsorship

You can sponsor any one of our special events by giving a donation. You will receive recognition and other benefits depending on the sponsorship level you choose.
